Alpha Kappa Lambda prides itself on instituting its brothers with the drive to succeed in every part of life, from academics to accountability, from community projects to work projects.

We are committed to making a difference in our community by helping in philanthropies and service projects for both the City of Boise, and those organized by the Service Board of Boise State.

Individual member participation in Chapter service projects like These Hands Don't Hurt and the Boise River Cleanup helps us better appreciate and give back to our community.

From Boise River Cleanup, to Rake Up Boise, to community-centered events like lending a helping hand at the Boise Rescue Mission, we love to keep ourselves involved and share kinship in our community.

Many of our service projects are Pan-Hellenic, meaning that other sororities and fraternities can get together with us and help further our Greek life, and infuse everybody involved with Greek pride and affinity.

It doesn't take Care-Bear-sized heart to give back to the community.  Everyday guys like you and me enjoy some of the best times in a fraternity at these service events.  Rain, snow, and frost haven't stopped our spirits before, and it leaves you feeling good inside - like you helped accomplish something worthwhile for the good of your neighbors, your community, your city, and humankind.
